Meet the Chef
Behind every dish is Chef Abou Adal, whose passion for Lebanese cuisine drives everything that comes out of our kitchen. With years of experience and deep roots in traditional Middle Eastern cooking, Chef Abou Adal carefully prepares each marinade, seasoning, and recipe using time-honored techniques. From slow-grilled shawarma meats to freshly prepared falafel, every item is crafted with attention to detail, flavor, and authenticity.
